Coney Island in Stillwater

I am so happy that Coney Island is back and better than ever! While the classic coneys haven't changed, there is so much more seating and so many more menu items to choose from! My favorite is the grilled cheese (four different cheeses!) and the homemade ranch chips (if they have them that day).

Always reliably awesome. They set the standard for coneys and their onion burgers are off the hook. Definitely a Stillwater classic.

It was fun being back in Stillwater and I had to go to Coney! They were awesome. The Coney's were exactly what I remember and I love the new Place. Thank You for keeping Coney Island Great! Go Pokes.

Good grilled onion burger. Inside is really nice, due to the fact that they have recently remodeled. Stillwater has several local restaurants that are legendary, this is one of them. So if you like burgers, coneys, chili and beer, give this place a try. Right on the strip, close to campus. Perfect place to stop by on game day.

I always enjoy coming to coney! Some of my favorite workers, Jesse and Tevin are great! They get my food out quickly, do their job well, and are very friendly. Last night they got very busy but helped everyone fast.

If you are looking to visit a staple of Stillwater History, this is the place! They have recently remodeled and still have the great traditional menu, plus a lot of new things! My family love it! Can't wait to see the upcoming additions as well!

Don't get me wrong, Coney Island's food is really good (the Crawdaddy's my favorite), but ever since the place got renovated the food has gotten way overpriced. I personally preferred how they were before they revamped the place, but the place overall is still okay.

Very disappointed, 45 minutes to get our order, and we were third in line. Food not worth going back.

My first experience. I've been around the Stillwater area over 30 years .I am ashamed to say I had not been here before. Great experience great food the staff was friendly. The prices are very comfortable. We will be back soon.

I used to live in Stillwater I haven't been back in YEARS I've missed Coney Island. Now it has Expanded and it is Awesome of course the food too

I miss the old look if I'm honest, having said that I love the staff, who are beyond reproach, and you get that classic Dog that is just as good as it was when I was a kid

So, the hubby and I found this place off if the foodie list and was so excited to try it! Place was very clean, and the employees were nice. Other than that, the food was ok, but nothing to write home about. We would not drive out of the way to come here.

1st time visitors! Great service, great food, but not enough food for the price!

One person working been waiting over an hour for our order. This is pathetic service. It’s Stillwater you know it’s going to be busy.

I had to pull up on the sidewalk across the street..but everyone was good with it 🙃

Pretty bad customer service. I asked for 3 "just chili cheese coneys to go".I got to my work and they had mustard. I went. Back after waiting for my boss to return from lunch. The guy recognized me but said nothing outside of "you're back". I said "yeah, I ordered 3 with just chili and cheese and they had mustard. So I need 3 more". He then rang me up. So I paid twice because of their mistake. Yeah... I don't care how good these are, when I'm in town for work I will not be coming back here. Which sucks, cause I love coneys.

I want to like it! It's a Stillwater, "The Strip" icon. The new owners have certainly put money into the facility. It is clean, organized and well lit. However, the food needs a bit of help. I ordered the Reuben dog and the protein part of the dog is far too small. I was expecting at least a jumbo dog. The cheese covered tater tots taste as expected but not enough cheese. Finally, the iced tea looked like tea but tasted suspiciously like water. The young lady behind the counter tried her best to fix the problem but ultimately was not able to and issued me a refund. I'm leaving hungry. ☹️

Truly a Stillwater icon! So happy the new owners kept this place going and did the remodel to give it a new look! Directly west of the new McKnight Center Performing Arts Center which will be opening in October. I hear owners are doing another addition to the building to add more entertainment and outdoor dining/bar and entertainment area. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. Great food, great atmosphere! It’s hard to walk into this place and not order my favorite onion burger but I recently found they have a lot of healthy options on the menu too. Salad was amazing! Parking wasn’t an issue but next time I may try their to-go service if it’s a busy time on the strip. If you haven’t been to the “new” Coney Island... you need to check it out!

The people that worked there were very nice but the new owners have changed too much. They took all of the history out of The Coney. Almost 50 years of history and good food went down the drain. Its sad to see it and we will not be back.

Definitely plan on visiting here again! It was fantastic.

Such amazing food.

Since my days living behind the strip, before the high rise apartments. I have been coming here. Burgers, hotdogs, chili cheese corn dogs. Now they serve alcohol & they have always been opened late. This is a staple just like hideaway. The cooks have always known what they were doing. Eat here during the day or for your fourth meal. I love this place.

I had a Heater hot dog with chili, cheese, jalapenos. Also had fries and a coke. Hot dog was a little shorter than I wanted but had good flavor. Fries also were good. Will go back.

So. I made my order, paid, waited 30 min, went to check on my order just too find out after 10 more min of investigation that she had not put my order in. Good news, I got my order put in and only had to wait another 31 minutes. Super experience. Y’all got too big for your britches. Get together.

New renovations are amazing, space is like three times bigger now with more changes planned. The food is just as good as before.

I was shorted 14 hours on my first paycheck, the General Manager Shane Curtis has denied several attempts of mine to claim the money I worked for and earned several months ago. I have Shane on camera yelling at me outside the restaurant and telling me it is my responsibility to prove that he did not pay me. Shane Curtis has denied every attempt of mine to claim my paycheck through lies and bullying. Shane is the least professional man I've ever worked for in my life.

Took my Coney buying to Sonic after getting cussed at and told to leave by an employee who wouldn't let me bring my sweet tea from Cane's in the building. They don't serve fresh brewed tea here, using a factory made dispenser kind instead; so I had brought my own. Coney Island definitely needs to learn better customer service before throwing out and cussing out potential customers before they can even order. Going above and beyond to make customers happy is how places like Chickfila continue to rise while others fall. Take note Coney Island

Awesome selection, awesome prices and the best staff I've encountered in a long while. They customized my order so my 3year old daughter would be satisfied and so that I would be happy without unnecessary waste. Super impressed!

My fried onion chili cheese burgers.. was just a chili cheese burger. It was Friday night but it’s Tuesday afternoon and I’m still thinking about it.

Good taste to the chili but it was only lukewarm.

Quality went down, prices went up. One would think they'd want to keep repeat customers after it looks like they spent big money on renovations. In their defense they are on the strip and beer will always be needed, quality food, not so much. Be better.

If you want a good fried food fix, this is good cheap eat. Not at the top of my list for burgers though.

The wait at walk around was ridiculous! Waited over an hour in line, then waited another hour and a half for our food! Wasnt even good food! Soda machines didnt have carbonation and there was no ice in the machine
